Job Summary
Supervise a team of cashiers and Courtesy Clerks by proactively visiting registers to provide direction and support. Handle potential customer assistance issues at the register, assign store sweeps, and monitor cash register supply levels while maintaining cleanliness standards in restrooms and parking lots. Ensure exit door visibility for security and loss prevention, and schedule and oversee proper execution of meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy and state requirements. Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers, including taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
