Job Summary
Supervise a team of cashiers by proactively visiting registers to provide direction and support while assisting with potential customer assistance issues at the register. Assign store sweeps, monitor cash register supply levels, and maintain cleanliness standards in restrooms and parking lots. Maintain visibility of exit doors for security and loss prevention, and schedule and oversee proper execution of meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy. Assist in hiring and training new Cashiers and manage necessary disciplinary actions. Lead in a fast-paced environment representing an exemplary example and role model for others.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
