Job Summary
Supervise a team of cashiers and Courtesy Clerks by proactively visiting registers to provide direction, assign store sweeps, and maintain cleanliness standards in restrooms and parking lots. Assist with potential customer assistance issues at the register, monitor exit doors for security, and oversee proper execution of meal and rest breaks in compliance with company policy. Lead the hiring and training of new Cashiers while taking necessary steps for disciplinary actions. Ensure excellent customer service through an exemplary example and mentorship in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- possess a high school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of recent cashiering experience
