Head Cashier (Full-Time)

As a Head Cashier at Giant Tiger, you will ensure high-level customer service, train cashiers on point of sale and checkout procedures, manage the ordering and replenishment of checkout merchandise, open and close the store on a rotating basis, and enforce compliance with checkout policies including health and safety standards. You will handle customer complaints professionally, keep the checkout area organized, and adhere to loss prevention best practices. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a keen attention to detail and prior retail experience.
