Head Cashier

Troubleshoot point of sale problems, perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately, and ensure all associates follow established safety and cash control procedures. Direct the activities of front-end cashiers, train them on skills to positively impact sales, and set the standard for customer service. Relay communication between management and staff, assist with interviewing new hires, and manage work schedules while monitoring for shoplifting. Provide motivation and leadership to the team, maintain awareness of promotions, and perform other tasks as assigned by store management.
