Job Summary
Head Camp Counselor responsible for the well-being and safety of campers; mentor Associate and Assistant counselors; plan and document activities; communicate with families; foster an inquiry-, exploration-, and child-led environment across swim, soccer, art, and music; seven weeks of camp at NTDC with an emphasis on professional responsibility and collaborative planning.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or holding a MA in education or related field
- five years plus experience working full-time Preschool/School environment
- Minimum 3 years of professional teaching experience in an early childhood setting
- Strong oral and written communication with families, children, and co-workers
