Job Summary
Lead the BeLux Specialty Care business unit, driving commercial strategy, launches, and portfolio growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Belgium and Luxembourg and with regional and global partners. Responsibilities include translating global strategy into local plans, setting priorities and KPIs, leading a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing and market access, managing financial performance, and engaging with key external stakeholders to improve patient access. Drive talent development and succession planning, support evidence generation, and ensure alignment with medical and regulatory standards. Represent BeLux interests in regional projects and lead cross-border initiatives in BeLux. Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in pharmaceutical specialty care or related therapeutic areas
- Experience leading commercial launches and managing product lifecycles
- Commercial acumen including budgeting, P&L responsibility, and performance management
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a matrix organisation
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
