Required Qualifications

- Confident negotiator who can effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
- Experienced in leading and developing a team
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Relevant experience in managing leasing, advertising and promotion for retail malls / integrated developments will be a plus
