Job Summary
Own the overall breakfast operation, mise-en-place, and service for the section, ensuring the team prepares and cooks food to correct standards per the recipe specification manual. Drive all aspects of menu changes in line with the calendar, proactively research new dishes for monthly presentations, and spot-check standards while reviewing guest feedback. Promote clear communication within the kitchen and leave detailed handovers for colleagues taking over shifts. Work 40 hours per week on a shift rota to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to guests.
