Job Summary
Lead the UFC GYM BJJ program as Head BJJ Coach with responsibility for managing and overseeing the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curriculum, youth and adult programs, and event promotions. Drive revenue through private and small-group training, organize in-house events and belt promotions, ensure instructors follow the curriculum and belt-testing system, collaborate with regional leadership, build a sense of community, and execute member-focused sales and program administration. Requires weekend availability (at least one day on Saturday or Sunday).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Black Belt
- BJJ Belt Certificate
- BJJ lineage verification
- Grappling tournament record (preferred)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Minimum 1 year of related teaching experience
