Job Summary
Head BJJ Coach leads UFC Gym’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, oversees private and small-group training, belts/promotions, events, and instructor alignment; responsibilities include managing BJJ curriculum, driving member experience and revenue through training services, organizing belt tests and promotions, coordinating youth/adult BJJ programs, promoting in-house seminars/tournaments, maintaining safety and program integrity, and collaborating with regional BJJ leadership while delivering strong customer service and community focus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Black Belt
- BJJ Belt Certificate
- BJJ lineage verification
- Grappling tournament record (preferred)
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Minimum 1 year of related teaching experience
