Head Boys Varsity Tennis Coach

Job Summary
Conduct daily practice sessions, lead team strategy meetings, and manage student-athlete development for the boys varsity tennis program. Deliver instruction while fostering cultural competence and maintaining strong communication with high school-aged students. Ensure all coaching activities align with school mission and leadership standards. Complete required state certifications, including Pupil Activity Permit, CPR/AED, NFHS Fundamentals, Concussion in Sports, Mental Health, and Ohio Sudden Cardiac Arrest training prior to duties. Submit to BCI and FBI background checks. Serve as a dynamic, mission-driven leader during the 2026-2027 school year at Woodridge High School in Summit County.
Required Qualifications
- State of Ohio coaching certifications (Pupil Activity Permit, CPR/AED, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion in Sports, Mental Health, and Ohio Sudden Cardiac Arrest Coaches Training Certificate)
- Current BCI & FBI background check
