This role supports the Athletic Director with scheduling and budgeting, requiring CPR/AED and concussion certification. Required Qualifications
- Iowa Coaching Authorization or Coaching Endorsement (BOEE)
- Current certifications: CPR/AED, Concussion in Sports, Heat Illness Prevention
- Strong knowledge of sport-specific rules, techniques, and strategy
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities
- Understanding of Iowa high school eligibility and safety requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching license or employment in WSR district
- Previous successful coaching experience, especially at the high school level
