Job Summary
Conduct daily fencing instruction, manage team selection, and oversee competition preparation for the boys fencing program. Develop player tactics, apply sport-specific training methods, and coordinate team logistics. Prior coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or higher levels is required, with participation as a player preferred. This role supports the West Morris Regional High School District's athletic goals within the Mendham area.
