Job Summary
Lead international business development initiatives in the railway, metro, transport, and infrastructure sectors by identifying, pursuing, and securing global project opportunities with multilateral funding institutions. Build and maintain strategic relationships with international clients and stakeholders while contributing to proposal development, bid management, and contract negotiation for large-scale infrastructure projects. Provide strategic insights and market intelligence to support business expansion and innovation. Requires 15–20+ years of experience in railway consulting, contracting, or related infrastructure sectors, with a demonstrated track record in international business development and global project acquisition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Civil / Rail / Transport), Business Administration, Infrastructure Management, or equivalent
- 15–20+ years of experience in railway consulting, contracting, or related infrastructure sectors
- Proven success in international business development and global project acquisition
- Demonstrated experience working with multilateral funded projects and international clients
