Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of the Men’s Basketball program as Head Coach, including recruitment of student-athletes, development of conditioning programs, planning practices and game strategies, scheduling contests, coordinating travel, supervising staff and budget stewardship, ensuring academic progress of athletes, and leading community service initiatives and intramural activities; requires NCAA/NAC compliance knowledge, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to travel and work evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in physical education
- Minimum of three years coaching at the collegiate level
- Travel availability
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior Men’s Basketball Head Coaching experience (preferred)
