Job Summary
Demonstrate a visible commitment to student athletes, community, and instructional leadership while promoting positive character and school spirit. Motivate, relate, work with, and maximize the individual potential of middle school students on and off the court, leveraging experience in developing championship-level programs. Have innovative ideas for the volleyball program both in and out of season, ensuring compliance with SC High School League regulations. Perform other duties as assigned while maintaining high energy and collaborating effectively with others. Submit a complete application packet including a coaching application, three references, résumé, and current teaching certificate before the closing date.
Required Qualifications
- Valid South Carolina teaching credential
- Secondary certification
- Experience at the middle/high school level in motivating and developing a championship level program
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Desired Qualifications
- A negative TB test must be on file prior to starting work
