Head Baseball Coach

Head Baseball Coach leads the NCAA Division II baseball program at the University of Mary, providing strategic leadership, personnel supervision, scholarship management, competitive oversight, fundraising direction, and mission integration aligned with the Christian, Catholic, Benedictine heritage. Responsibilities include overseeing academic success, safety and well-being, community integration, program management, and athletic fundraising; promote the Greatness Through Virtue core strategies and ensure compliance with NCAA Division II rules. Candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and a good driving record, with a Bachelor’s degree required and a Master’s degree preferred.
