Head Baseball Coach

Lead the baseball program as Head Baseball Coach, directing all aspects of the sport including organizing competition schedules, practices, game plans, and strategies; manage program budget and fundraising; coordinate alumni relations; oversee administrative functions; conduct opponent scouting with film review and scouting reports; recruit and mentor student-athletes; ensure NCAA/MIAC and College compliance; supervise assistant coaches and volunteers; foster an inclusive team culture and actively recruit a diverse group of student-athletes; maintain communication with high school/travel coaches, parents, admissions, and events; coordinate campus visits and participate in recruiting activities; uphold athletic standards and performance management requirements; willing to travel up to 35% of schedule including local and national trips.
