Job Summary
Head Baseball Coach for the Spring 2026-2027 season, responsible for directing the baseball program in alignment with district goals and OSAA/Northwest Oregon Conference policies. Responsibilities include determining system of play, scheduling and conducting practices with student health in mind, maintaining effective communication with parents, players, and the Athletic Director, promoting the sport through media, modeling sportsmanship and ethical conduct, ensuring compliance with school district policies, managing budgeting and equipment with the Athletic Director, coordinating fundraising and camps, preparing program expectations and rules in writing for athletes and families, enforcing OSAA out-of-season limits, ensuring student-athlete eligibility and safety, supervising facilities and events, recognizing athlete achievements, and representing the school at district and conference activities. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or Equivalent, NFHS Certification, steroid and concussion management training, related mandatory trainings, and ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification, with willingness to undergo background check and drug screening.
