Job Summary
Support the fast-paced bar operation day and night, running a fun, vibrant environment in the heart of Bengaluru. Lead your team by example, driving service standards and encouraging growth while managing stock and inventory. Be creative to develop the menu and innovate the bar concept, making masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. Know your product and systems inside out, working with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly. Required Qualifications
- Previous Head Bartender or Bartender experience
- Great wine and cocktail knowledge
- Stock management skills
