Head Bartender - Park Lounge

Lead the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards and supporting the Outlet Manager in achieving AA, LQA, and company service benchmarks. Deputize the Outlet Manager during their absence while leading both the service and bar teams. Own and develop the cocktail and spirit programme, driving beverage revenue and profitability through effective upselling and product recommendations. Work 40 hours per week on a shift rota within the Food and Beverage Department at the Royal Lancaster London.
