Job Summary
Prepare beverages with precision and consistency, ensuring all cocktails reflect Zuma’s DNA and quality standards. Help maintain bar inventory, including checking stock levels, tracking usage, and communicating replenishment needs. Confirm receipt of liquor deliveries and help complete bar opening and closing procedures. Work alongside the Bar Manager to organize training sessions and provide day-to-day support for the team. Contribute ideas and assist with the creation and testing of new cocktails and seasonal menus. Keep the bar fully stocked, organized, and ready for service at all times. Engage with guests in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring high-quality bar experience. 3+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar; extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beer; ability to create and execute a wide range of cocktails and beverages. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
