Job Summary
Coordinate bar operations and personnel, ensuring daily preparations are carried out and special occasion events are controlled. Monitor beverage consumption demands, manage backup storage and par stock levels, and arrange monthly inventory counts for the Food and Beverage Manager. Identify and ensure repair of technical breakdowns, maintain departmental equipment, and consolidate relationships between employees. Develop training programs, monitor staff compliance with schedules, and listen to employee issues for reporting to senior management. Implement environmental protection protocols, reduce waste, and carry out quality and food safety management systems.
Required Qualifications
- At least a high school or vocational diploma
- At least 4 years of experience in the industry
- C2 level of English and/or Arabic
- Knowledge of products and services in the related field
- Expected to integrate and coordinate his/her unit's operations
