Job Summary
Lead bar operations for a 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the UAE, overseeing daily duties, staff scheduling and training; develop creative, seasonal cocktail menus reflecting the luxury brand; ensure exceptional guest service and high standards of operation; manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls; ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations; collaborate with other departments for events and promotions; mentor bartending staff to build a high-performing team; address guest feedback to continually improve service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Bartender, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Head Bartender role within luxury hotels or upscale establishments
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Passion for mixology and a creative approach to beverage development
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
