Head Barista / Kuwait

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while supervising, training, and supporting barista staff. Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and monitor inventory to manage coffee supplies. Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment while delivering excellent customer service and handling inquiries. Requires previous experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista with strong leadership skills, proficiency in coffee techniques, and English communication abilities. This role is situated in a fine dining restaurant in Kuwait.
