Job Summary
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to restaurant standards while leading and supervising the barista team during daily operations. Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery by maintaining excellent knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art, and beverage trends. Train and guide junior baristas on preparation techniques, hygiene, and service standards, while monitoring stock levels, coffee supplies, equipment, and daily mise en place. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar and coffee station, and coordinate smoothly with the restaurant service team to ensure timely order delivery. Handle guest preferences and special requests professionally, supporting upselling of premium beverages and seasonal drink offerings. Follow all food safety, hygiene, and operational standards in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
Required Qualifications
- Male candidate
- Proven experience as a Head Barista, Senior Barista, or Barista Supervisor
- Strong background in luxury F&B, fine dining, premium café, or hotel hospitality environment
- Excellent coffee preparation skills, including espresso-based beverages, manual brewing, and latte art
- Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable
- Strong guest service mindset with attention to detail
- Good command of English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard restaurant environment
- Willingness to relocate to Kuwait
