Follow NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision to achieve productivity goals. Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and ovens to bake cakes, while accurately preparing raw ingredients and monitoring the baking process. Adhere to packaging, labeling, and storage standards, maintaining baking and refrigeration logs. Assist the Bakery Manager in developing production plans, monitoring inventory, and notifying management of supply replenishment needs. Evaluate raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure standards are met, reporting any quality control issues. Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations to ensure supplies are prepared for the next shift. Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
