Job Summary
Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is looking for a passionate Head Baker with leadership experience and baking skills. The role involves creating artisan breads, requiring the ability to lift heavy supplies and adhere to food safety regulations. Full-time and part-time positions available, but afternoon/evening availability is a must.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of demonstrating abilities in the kitchen
- Ability to stand, lift, and mix heavy ingredients and supplies
- Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards
- Leadership experience in either restaurants or retail
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience (preferred, but not required)
- Formal culinary education is a bonus
