Job Summary
Prepare bakery items from scratch according to the daily food production schedule and approved standardized recipes, including products for special diets. Follow all HACCP requirements and work closely with the Manager to ensure sufficient quantities are prepared each day. Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and frequently lift 25 pounds in a given day. Job training will be provided. This position is subject to Veterans preference and pays $20.99/hr.
