Job Summary
Paint vehicles using base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats while blending adjacent panels and performing paint corrections. Match and mix paint colors, apply water-based paint in booths, and execute final sanding and buffing tasks. Operate vehicle equipment and tools safely, lifting up to 60 pounds independently in a fast-paced production environment. Join Carvana's Reconditioning Centers where cars are inspected and perfected before sale. This role requires a valid driver's license, an MVR check, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. Mandatory overtime may be required to meet customer delivery expectations.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 5 years of professional automotive painting experience
- highly skilled in painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats)
