Head Athletic Trainer - St. Thomas More School

Maintain the overall Sports Medicine program by leading injury prevention, managing evaluations and treatment for student-athletes, and coordinating with the team physician on medical referrals. Provide athletic training services for all practices and competitions while overseeing the Athletic Training Room, including inventory management, budgeting, and maintaining a professional environment. Assist the Athletic Director with safety planning, emergency protocols, and policy enforcement, while evaluating new techniques and equipment to enhance the program. Document all activities using Healthy Roster and manage the facility during the August 2026 through March 2027 contract period.
