Job Summary
Lead position overseeing the baseball athletic program at Dallas College. Responsibilities include coordinating with coaches on scheduling, developing and delivering sports skills workshops and seminars, supervising staff and part-time personnel, recruiting student-athletes, organizing travel and equipment logistics, maintaining records and generating reports for state/federal agencies, ensuring NJCAA-compliant practice and competition environments, and contributing to budget planning and program development. Requires an associate degree and at least three years of relevant experience; Texas license and potential CDL; ability to work extended hours including nights/weekends; strong communication and interpersonal skills; background checks may be required.
