Manage the entire archery program from middle school through high school, overseeing daily operations and player development. Lead the team with a focus on safety and inclusivity while adapting coaching strategies to accommodate a wide range of physical and mental abilities. Establish positive relationships with all participants and ensure the program runs smoothly under NAASP certification requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be certified with NAASP
- Safety and inclusivity must be a priority
- Must be able to adapt to a wide range of abilities on both the physical and mental sides of archery
