Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end/year-end closures. Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, and ESI while managing direct and indirect tax filings. Manage cash flows, working capital, and treasury operations alongside banking relationships. Build, lead, and mentor the accounts and finance team while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external auditors. Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and risk management frameworks to ensure timely audit closure.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9+ years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and MIS reporting
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business insights
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with Company Secretary (CS)
- CA / CS / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Experience in Banking / Finance
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally / other finance systems)
