Job Summary
Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, and monthly forecasting while overseeing preparation of financial statements and dashboards. Manage cash flow, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring statutory compliance and accurate revenue recognition. Conduct profitability analysis, ROI calculations, and financial modeling to support CEO decision-making. Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop risk mitigation strategies. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development. Manage investor and bank relationships by presenting financial data to the board.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Full time MBA or M.Com
- CA
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in finance
- At least 3 years in a leadership role within the IT SaaS industry
- Cloud Industry experience
- Experience in handling financial roles where processes and practices were implemented
- Experience in understanding foreign market business
- Proficiency in financial management software
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of SaaS metrics
- Knowledge of revenue recognition principles
- Complete understanding of the customer invoicing process
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate the finance team
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis
