Head 6th Grade Volleyball Coach

Head Coach for 6th grade volleyball responsible for coaching student-athletes, organizing meetings for prospective club members, assessing athletes' strengths to tailor coaching, creating and implementing workout schedules for individual and team development, coordinating facility scheduling with the athletic director, instructing players on rules, equipment, and techniques to improve performance, developing game strategies based on team capabilities, enforcing conduct standards, tracking academic eligibility, promoting high academic standards, handling injuries, maintaining equipment and records, and representing the club in media and community engagements; requires strong planning, organizational, and collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with players, parents/guardians, and staff.
