Job Summary
HDPE Operations Intern role seeking an analytically driven student to design, build, and maintain high-impact dashboards (Power BI primary, Tableau secondary) to track operational KPIs and monitor engineering task status in PLM. Responsibilities include strategic data analysis to identify bottlenecks, transforming raw data into actionable insights for leadership, developing Python scripts to automate data collection and cleaning, migrating data to new visualization tools and training managers, maintaining visual management systems for real-time operations visibility, collaborating with global teams across operations, engineering, and procurement, and supporting Lean initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency. Requires advanced Power BI, strong Python automation skills, functional Tableau knowledge, Excel proficiency, and advanced English for global collaboration; ongoing full-time internship with on-site presence three days per week in Querétaro, MX.
