Job Summary
Lead one or multiple HDD projects from tender phase through execution, overseeing technical, financial, and organizational aspects to ensure safe, quality, and on-budget delivery. Manage safety, planning, and budget while coordinating with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams including calculations, HSE, and engineering departments. Coordinate collaboration across disciplines, regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, and report financial results and deviations to relevant parties. Maintain contact with operations managers, contractors, and geotechnical engineers while driving project execution. Requires national and international mobility, including travel and on-site stays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Opleiding in Civiele Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Infratechniek
- Kennis van HDD-techniek, waaronder het boorproces, boorvloeistoffen en ondergrondse infrastructuur
- Ervaring met projectmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen een vergelijkbare technische of infrastructurele omgeving
- Nationaal én internationaal inzetbaar en bereid om te reizen en op projectlocaties te verblijven
- Rijbewijs
- VCA-VOL-certificaat
- Sterke leidinggevende en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Communicatieve sterkte, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en de vaardigheid om verschillende partijen met elkaar te verbinden
Desired Qualifications
- Bij voorkeur aangevuld met een opleiding in Civiele Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde en/of Infratechniek
