Required Qualifications
- Lead crew in directional drilling operations.
- Operate HDD drill rig, locator, and vac truck.
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure PPE use.
- Review bore plans and confirm utilities are marked.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed on-site.
- Track daily production and report conditions.
- Train and mentor team members.
