Job Summary
Conduct detailed tire inspections to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns. Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment, ensuring proper torque settings and maintaining high attention to detail. Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns and provide professional recommendations while managing time effectively to prioritize service calls. Follow all safety protocols when handling heavy tires and operating equipment in potentially hazardous environments. Respond promptly to on-call service requests for tire repair, replacement, and installation. This role supports Bauer Built's mission to provide top-tier service to commercial, passenger, and off-road markets across the Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
