Job Summary
Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience by providing professional service to dealers and the public via phone and in person. Serve as the primary point of contact for Heavy-Duty Department questions, maintaining and updating the public online bidding platform with accurate vehicle listings and photos. Coordinate if-sales between buyers and sellers, prepare settlement sheets, and assist with loading vehicles to auction platforms. Maintain accurate customer and transaction records while communicating with internal departments to ensure efficient auction operations. Work part-time hours with flexibility on auction days.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work part-time hours, including flexibility on auction days
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education in office administration or a related field
- Previous experience in customer service, records management, or title processing
- Knowledge of vehicle titles, lien releases, and auction procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced auction environment
