Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service to gaming and internal guests through cashier transactions while ensuring all funds are secure and accounted for. Process cashiering transactions for guests including cashing checks, chip redemptions, markers and payments, credit card advances, bill breaking and other transactions; count and process chip transactions accurately; enter customer information into RA Floor Monitor and complete forms in compliance with government regulations (including Anti-money Laundering, CTRs, MILs, MTLs, and OFAC screenings). Maintain currency transaction reporting and knowledge of red flags for suspicious activities; identify customers who may be structuring transactions or evading identification requirements; work across front line, chip bank, marker bank, poker cage, F&B and bank positions; ensure accuracy and compliance with Title 31 and Know Your Customer regulations; utilize computer workstations to perform cashiering duties; assist with ticketing and participate as a proactive team member on projects and tasks; maintain neat appearance and professional conduct; demonstrate basic math and computer skills, 10-key adding machine proficiency, and strong communication and attention to detail; capable of flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and holidays.
