Job Summary
Deliver fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests and servers, maintaining a 2-minute production cycle per 3 alcoholic beverages. Keep the bar area clean and stocked per health and safety guidelines while operating the POS system to ring sales and manage cash accountability. Monitor guest alcohol consumption, intervene as needed, and answer questions about casino facilities and services. Adhere strictly to liquor laws, departmental policies, and the Code of Commitment. Complete documented training, pass weekly proficiency tests scoring above 80 percent, and maintain alcohol safety certification within 30 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Alcohol safety certification
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable
- Keen attention to detail
- Professional appearance
- Knowledge of beverage operations, common drinks, and standardized recipes
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to perform various movements (stooping, bending, reaching, etc.)
- Ability to respond to visual and aural cues
- Ability to tap a 165-pound keg
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to carry 5 pounds
- Capability to handle fast-paced environments
- Capability to make rational decisions under pressure
- Capability to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations
- Proficiency in the English language
- Manual dexterity for operating office equipment

Desired Qualifications
- Six months of prior customer service experience
- Four months as a bartender at a full-service bar
