Job Summary
Bartender role at Harrah’s Cherokee Casinos (Gordon Ramsay/Bartender) involves creating a warm, welcoming beverage service environment, preparing beverages to order, maintaining a clean, well-stocked bar, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring responsible alcohol service in a fast-paced casino setting. Responsibilities include guest engagement, adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, inventory and documentation, and participating in ongoing training to support guest satisfaction and brand standards. Requirements include being 21+, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and certification in ServSafe and RASP (within specified timelines). Preferred six months of bartender experience at a full-service bar and completion of a training program; high school diploma or GED preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- One year of customer service experience is required
- Six months of experience as a bartender at a full-service bar is preferred
