Job Summary
As an HCV Specialist, you will manage HCV caseloads, conduct recertifications, and ensure compliance with HUD regulations. This role includes monitoring inspections, processing transactions within PHA systems, and providing customer service to participants and landlords.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of high school or its equivalent
- Ability to interpret and apply regulations
- Effective oral and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University
- 1 to 2 years of progressively responsible work experience for a public agency
- Social service or community service field experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Computer software proficiency in Yardi Systems
