Job Summary
HCP Onboarding Specialist to initiate HCP/expert profile creation in Reltio or similar master data management system; support onboarding of healthcare professionals via portal and email, assist with registration and troubleshooting; perform COI reviews, license verification, and debarment/exclusion screening; conduct FMV tiering tasks in Interactions Hub, ensuring alignment to defined parameters; document exceptions and maintain audit-ready records; collaborate with business owners, compliance, and legal teams to ensure onboarding consistency and issue resolution; hybrid work model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) and opportunities for development, benefits, and well-being programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or medical affairs support
- Working knowledge of Reltio, Veeva, Interactions Hub, or similar CRM/HCP engagement systems
- Familiarity with FMV tiering, COI management, license verification and debarment/exclusion screening processes
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal teams and external HCPs
- Strong organizational and time management skills with focus on throughput and compliance
- Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
