Job Summary
Lead, mentor and supervise the HCP engagement operations team; oversee HCP contracting, onboarding, FMV/tiering assessments, and payment processes; ensure operational procedures are documented and standardized; drive continuous improvement of processes and efficiency with focus on compliance; coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HCP/HCO activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HCP operations/compliance or pharmaceutical support, plus experience managing a team, strong knowledge of HCP compliance (FMV, Sunshine Act), fluent English, and proficiency with HCP engagement systems and AI-based tools. Hybrid work arrangement (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) in Warszawa, Poznań, Wrocław, Gdańsk, or Kraków.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HCP operations, compliance, or pharmaceutical industry support
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
- Prior experience managing a team or leading operational processes
- Strong understanding of HCP compliance requirements (FMV, Sunshine Act)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HCP engagement systems and reporting tools
- Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation)
