Job Summary
HCP Engagement- Contracting role focusing on contract management and operational excellence within PwC Acceleration Center India. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts for completeness and alignment with policies, routing for e-signature, ensuring documents are audit-ready, analyzing client operational processes to identify improvement opportunities, developing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency, collaborating with clients to implement technology solutions and process automation, contributing to lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and supporting project management to ensure timely delivery of client solutions. Preferred experience in contract management or healthcare/hospitality engagement, familiarity with CLM systems and templates (Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign), and strong communication skills in English.
