Job Summary
HCP Contracting Specialist in PwC Poland’s Enterprise Managed Services focuses on creating and processing healthcare contracts with minimal client-facing work. Responsibilities include populating terms to identify whether the contracting party is the HCP or the employer (HCO), proofreading contracts for completeness and policy alignment, routing contracts for e-signature and tracking status, supporting follow-up actions, reviewing redline requests, submitting amendments, organizing documentation for audit readiness, and facilitating amendments with legal. The role emphasizes adoption of automation tools and CLM technologies, process improvement, and ongoing documentation updates. Requirements include 1+ years in contract management or related healthcare/legal operations, fluent English and Greek, strong regulatory compliance knowledge (Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute), experience with templates and redlining, familiarity with CLM systems (Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign), and excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position offers a hybrid work model (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) and a range of development, benefits, and well-being programs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or HCP/HCO engagement within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Greek, allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to HCP/HCO contracting (e.g., Sunshine Act, Anti-Kickback Statute)
- Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of contracts with precision and attention to detail
- Experience with standard contract templates, redlining processes, and amendment management
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems or similar tools (e.g., Icertis, Conga, Veeva, SAP Ariba, Salesforce, DocuSign)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
